How My Coaching is Different
Most trainers hand you a workout or just have you go through general exercises during a session. I build you a system.
It starts with a real assessment before you touch a weight. Every client goes through a comprehensive musculoskeletal & movement assessment using VectorLab - capturing 80 precise range-of-motion and joint angle measurements, from head to toe. There’s no guessing where you’re tight, weak, or compensating- I’m measuring it. Once all the data is collected, the results are instantly uploaded and your program is built from those numbers. This ensures you’re getting a customized program based off your body’s alignment, how to correct any imbalances and make it stronger to reach your goals in the most safe and efficient way possible.
We fix the root cause, not the symptom. Those measurements show me WHY a movement hurts or breaks down-so we can address the actual restriction instead of chasing the pain around. I can see it and adjust.
Biomechanics, not trends. With a background in biomechanics and 14 years of coaching, I program around how joints, levers, and tissues actually work under load. That’s why clients get stronger and get out of pain, instead of trading one for the other.
